Reports To: General Foreperson
- Pay: $45.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and commitment to on-going development.

- Travel: Travel required to a marshaling point.

Key Responsibilities: - Support the General Foreperson with duties as assigned.
- Supervise line clearance crews and is responsible for the proper administration, communication, and enforcement of supervisory and economic work practices.
- Receive and interpret tree trimming and removal, initiated by your supervisor or the Utility, involving an understanding of drawings and symbols representing types of line, voltages, and line equipment.
- Assign work to individual crew members and supervise crew in carrying out work according to good tree clearance practices. Must be capable of adjusting to field requirements.
- Trim, prune, and remove trees or branches that pose a risk to utility infrastructure.
- Use industry-standard techniques to safely remove trees without causing damage.
- Operate equipment such as chainsaws, pole saws, aerial lifts, chipper trucks, and cranes.
- Maintain accurate records of vegetation management activities.
- Document completed work for utility or regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and protect nearby habitats.
- Perform other duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Expectations: - Certified Utility Arborist (CUA).
- Valid Class 5 drivers' license, with air endorsement or willingness to obtain.
- Applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Current First Aid with CPR or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather and environmental conditions.
