NewLane Finance is seeking a manager to proactively manage an engaging operational team whose goals are in line with NewLane's values and service standards. The qualified candidate will assist with the implementation of NewLane's strategic and busines plan, particularly with respect to the development and build out of the documentation, funding and contract closing strategy. This individual will manage the day to day activity of the Finance Coordinators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Finance Coordinator team, providing ongoing mentorship, performance management, and guidance to ensure exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and consistent execution of departmental objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Finance Coordinators and credit operations function, including customer welcome calls, preparation and distribution of finance agreements, collection of required documentation, and facilitation of a seamless documentation, booking, and funding process.
  • Partner with senior management to identify, develop, and implement process improvements across documentation, booking, funding, and servicing workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Technology teams to streamline processes, improve communication, and support organizational goals.
  • Drive effective utilization of technology solutions and automation tools to optimize operational workflows, increase productivity, and improve scalability across the funding and servicing lifecycle.
  • Ensure Finance Coordinators provide timely and accurate transaction status updates to internal Business Development Representatives, equipment vendors, dealers, brokers, and customers throughout the funding process.
  • Serve as an escalation point for customers, Business Development Representatives, dealers, vendors, and brokers, assisting with complex transaction requirements, documentation stipulations, pricing inquiries, and contract terms and conditions to facilitate successful closings.
  • Ensure all finance agreements, funding packages, and supporting documentation are processed in accordance with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
  • Monitor operational quality, identify process gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy, compliance, turnaround times, and overall service delivery.
  • Identify and escalate suspected fraud, documentation discrepancies, and operational risks to management while partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the Technology team to evaluate, implement, and enhance systems, reporting capabilities, and workflow solutions that support continued growth and operational excellence.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for documentation, booking, funding, customer service, and team productivity to ensure achievement of business objectives and service level standards.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume, sales-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain a high level of accuracy with minimal supervision.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and consultative approach to managing business-to-business (B2B) relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and build credibility with internal and external partners.

Salary Range:
$77,390.00 - $127,139.75

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
