Position Summary: The Creative Services Manager is responsible for managing and scaling CRASH's creative services by overseeing projects from concept through delivery while ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency. This role serves as the operational leader for CRASH's creative output, translating ideas into executable plans, managing timelines and resources, implementing new tools and workflows, and supporting the development of team capabilities.

The Creative Services Manager partners closely with creative media producers in Crash to ensure creative services are delivered effectively, repeatably, and at a high standard. This role combines project management, process improvement, creative oversight, training, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end creative projects from ideation through implementation and delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee the creative production lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Manage creative service timelines, resource allocation, prioritization, and project workflows.
  • Pilot, implement, and operationalize new creative tools, technologies, and processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials, workshops, and upskilling initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in creative quality, process adherence, and service delivery across all projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, marketing, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to designers, editors, producers, and other creative contributors.
  • Support the growth and development of creative team members through coaching and mentorship.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics, adoption rates, project outcomes, and effectiveness of creative initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices that enable scalable and repeatable creative services.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

  • Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.
  • Stationary Position - Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.
  • Move or Traverse - This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area.
  • Dexterity - constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer.
  • Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove - Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs.
