What you will be doing Reporting to the Sr. Creative Operations Manager for Albertsons Media Collective, the Creative Project Manager for Albertsons Media Collective will act as an air traffic controller and manage the day-to-day creative flow and execution for all media running through Albertsons Media Collective. This person will be responsible for ensuring all creative meets internal brand standards and manage creative best practices with third-party agencies/partners.
The position will be in office and based in Boise, Idaho or Pleasanton CA
Main responsibilities: - Act as a project manager for the creative operations team, managing a steady and constant workflow process for a busy creative team.
- Work directly with endemic and non-endemic partners on outlining all creative requirements for successful campaign activation.
- Serve as a creative strategist to our endemic partners and partner with the larger media team on campaign planning.
- Maintain creative timelines for multiple campaigns and communication with partners to ensure timelines are met and to answer any questions.
- Act as the creative subject matter expert for all client programs including but not limited to annual planning, quarterly business reviews and campaign wrap reports.
- Interface with other project managers, marketing managers, coordinators and stakeholders to build relationships and to ensure efficient workflows.
- Interface with legal council for any questions pertaining to a specific campaign.
- Attend weekly calls with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are hitting timelines.
- Maintain the digital asset management system for multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Manage the quality assurance process between the creative team and endemic and non-endemic partners.
- Manage the flow of creative files with various cross-functional marketing teams.
- Manage creative kick-off calls with internal agencies and management.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following: - Vibes well with cross functional team members, organized and not afraid to speak up, has a good eye to what is considered good creative
- Creative expertise in digital media channels, Creative Suite capabilities
We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience: - 3-5 years producer experience or project management experience in an agency or in-house creative team.
- Highly organized with experience managing small to medium-sized projects with multiple stakeholders and creative outputs.
- Experience working with global partners and agencies (production, broadcast, creative vendors and video production).
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong understanding of branding, writing, design and the creative process.
- Experience collaborating with external creative agencies and production partners.
- A strong passion for creative excellence while also balancing stakeholder needs and deadlines.
- Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, and sometimes undefined, environment.
- Efficient in Microsoft Suites.

Pay transparency language (if applicable)The salary range is $95,400 to $123,900 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay/Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility).
