Overview

The Creative Director owns the execution, quality, and delivery of EIM's visual creative work across design, copywriting, and video/photo production, leading the graphic design, video/photo production, andcopywriting teams. The role translates brand vision and creative direction into consistent, high-quality outputs across campaigns, programs, and brand initiatives, and owns day-to-day creative operations. As both a people manager and an execution leader, the Creative Director ensures creative teams are supported, work is delivered on time, and visual standards are upheld.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and uphold visual standards across all design and video/photo outputs, ensuring creative work aligns with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and creativedirection; review and provide feedback on design and production deliverables tomaintainhigh standardsof craft, clarity, and consistency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the graphic design, video/photo production, andcopywriting teams providing clear direction, feedback, and coaching to grow skills, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a positive creative culture, and supporting onboarding and ramp-up of new team members.
  • Own creative intake, prioritization, and production timelines; manage day-to-day workflow across design and video/photo projects, balancing capacity, deadlines, and quality across multiple initiatives; and partner with marketing teams to improve creative processes and efficiency.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, and Marketing Communications on execution needs; support campaign launches, events, and program initiatives with creative delivery; and collaborate with writers and content partners to ensure visual alignment with messaging.
  • Identifyopportunities to improve creative workflows and tooling.
  • Support documentation of creative standards and production best practices.
  • Stay current on design and production trends relevant to the business.

  • Ability to give clear, constructive creative feedback and uphold consistent visual standards across design, copy, and video/photo work.
