Creative Director (Copywriter)

Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $140,000-190,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for a new vacancy.

About the Role

If you're passionate about transcending traditional boundaries and creating impactful work that resonates across various channels and platforms, then this role is for you. We're seeking a Creative Director with a history of great work who thrives on collaborating with teammates and clients, fostering strong relationships, and pushing for breakthrough work. You'll lead by example, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

As an Creative Director you will:
  • provide visionary leadership, guiding both executional and conceptual aspects of projects.
  • drive the development of ideas that spark conversations and resonate deeply with audiences.
  • Commit to a cadence of in-person client meetings, chemistry facetime, and general visibility
  • collaborate closely with the creative team to craft compelling narratives that align with project objectives.
  • incorporate strategic insights to deliver impactful campaigns that push boundaries and drive results.
  • partner with the creatives, strategists, and the broader PR team to conceptualize, pitch, and execute bold, persuasive messages.
  • lead brainstorming sessions, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages idea generation and innovation.
  • ensure all concepts exhibit tasteful, creative, and meticulously crafted art direction, maintaining material accuracy.
  • prepare and refine concepts for internal and client presentations, providing clear rationale and compelling storytelling.
  • participate in project update meetings, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and addressing any challenges proactively.
  • stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations, continually refining ideation and executional skills.
