curious, idea-driven Creative Designer to own the look and feel of our brand across every channel.
As our in-house designer, you'll handle the full range of TouchCare's creative needs-from sales collateral, presentations, and social media to reports, eBooks, case studies, and campaigns. You'll take complex healthcare and benefits topics and turn them into visuals that are clear, compelling, engaging, and unmistakably TouchCare.
This role sits at the center of Marketing and partners closely with
Sales, Client Success, Product, and leadership. You'll serve as a steward of the TouchCare brand-evolving our visual identity, strengthening brand guidelines, and creating templates and tools that make it easy for teams across the organization to stay consistent.
You'll also help us explore how
AI-powered creative tools can expand our capabilities and accelerate production without sacrificing quality, originality, or brand integrity.

What You'll Do- Design and refresh marketing and sales collateral, including one-pagers, brochures, flyers, and broker and client toolkits.
- Build polished, on-brand presentations and pitch decks for Sales and Client Success in collaboration with Content Marketing.
- Create engaging social media graphics, short-form animations, and campaign assets for LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels.
- Design long-form content, including reports, eBooks, whitepapers, and case studies that bring data, insights, and member stories to life.
- Own and evolve TouchCare's brand guidelines, including logo usage, color, typography, imagery, iconography, and overall visual tone.
- Develop and maintain a library of templates across PowerPoint, Word, Canva, email, social media, and other platforms.
- Serve as a brand steward across the organization by reviewing materials, providing constructive creative feedback, and helping colleagues effectively use brand assets and templates.
- Use generative AI and design automation tools-including Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, Claude, and emerging platforms-to explore concepts, accelerate production, and build a scalable library of imagery, icons, and illustrations.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Marketing leadership to ensure creative work meets regulatory, privacy, and accessibility requirements, including HIPAA-conscious use of member information and responsible use of AI-generated content.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table by pitching creative concepts, experimenting with new formats, and continuously pushing our visual identity forward.
- Manage multiple projects from creative brief through final delivery while balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder feedback.
- Organize and maintain TouchCare's digital asset library so files, templates, and brand elements are easy to find and use.
What You'll Bring- 4+ years of graphic or visual design experience within an in-house creative team or agency environment.
- Experience designing within a highly regulated industry, such as healthcare, insurance, financial services, pharmaceuticals, or legal, with an understanding of compliance review and approval processes.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating range across collateral, presentations, social media, long-form content, and brand systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as PowerPoint.
- Experience with Figma and/or Canva.
- Hands-on experience incorporating generative AI tools into a design workflow, along with strong judgment around when and how those tools should be used.
- Experience creating or evolving brand guidelines and building templates that can be successfully used by non-designers.
- A creative and conceptual mindset with the ability to generate original ideas and tackle a wide variety of design challenges.
- Strong command of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy, with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging visuals, including infographics, charts, and data visualizations.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting creative work, explaining design decisions, and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, high standards for quality, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field-or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to Have- Motion graphics or video editing experience using tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA, across digital and print materials.
- Experience designing emails and landing pages in HubSpot.
- Experience within employee benefits, healthcare navigation, healthcare, or HR technology.
CompensationThe salary range for this role is
$95,000-$115,000, based on experience, skills, qualifications, and alignment with the scope of the role.
