You'll lead concept development, translating strategic insights into distinctive brand worlds, identity systems, and flexible visual frameworks that extend beyond campaign-driven work. You will define and articulate clear visual territories, establishing mood, tone, casting sensibility, composition, and narrative direction, embedding these principles into long-term brand foundations rather than one-off executions.

With a strong understanding of storytelling, branding, and systems thinking, you will confidently present ideas to clients and mentor junior designers, raising the bar for art direction and integrating AI-enabled content workflows into the team's brand design process.

  • Establish clear visual territories through mood systems, reference frameworks, compositional principles, and narrative guidelines.

  • Collaborate across disciplines-including strategy, copywriting, motion, and technology-to build holistic brand experiences.

  • Distinguish between campaign-driven design and long-term brand ecosystems, adapting your approach accordingly.

  • Create multi-faceted design deliverables, from brand audits and identity systems to retail experiences and CRM campaigns.

  • Balance multiple projects and clients, delivering compelling creative solutions on tight deadlines.

  • Produce inspiring, provocative, and disruptive work that elevates brands and engages audiences.

  • Leverage AI-powered content creation tools to concept, visualize, and prototype brand directions and scalable content systems.
