Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory and ability to troubleshoot 480VAC 3 phase motor control systems.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
• Aptitude in electrical and mechanical environments; familiarity with equipment is essential.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
• Must pass drug-screen and background check for employment.
• Strong communication skills necessary for customer interactions and documentation.
• Proven commitment to safety; comfort with working at heights preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes.
• Consult with customers regarding repair and safety-related issues.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns effectively.
• Generate sales leads during service calls to enhance business opportunities.
• Document service reports accurately and neatly after completing work.
• Handle new crane wiring, assembly, installation, and start-up procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment during service activities.
