Responsibilities:
- Draft coverage opinions, motions, and pleadings
- Take and defend depositions and examinations under oath
- Analyze cases and develop strategic paths to resolution
- Represent clients during hearings and in-person court appearances (as needed)
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex coverage and litigation matters
Qualifications :
- Membership in the California Bar in good standing
- Demonstrated experience with insurance coverage and litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to independently manage cases from inception to resolution
- Solid academic credentials
