Purpose and Impact:

Provides instructor-led delivery and day-to-day course support for classified courses as described in the SOW. Presents Government-approved course content and facilitates student learning during lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on labs/exercises. Executes course preparation and closeout activities, provides first-line troubleshooting of student and lab workflow issues within authorized instructor permissions, and escalates LMS/platform/infrastructure issues to the appropriate support roles (e.g., LMS Administrator, System Administrator, Network support) I in accordance with Government-approved procedures. Contributes instructor observations, issue logs, and improvement recommendations to SOW deliverables. Protects assessment integrity and does not disclose test material, answer keys, or graded evaluation content in any form. Instructors do not perform LMS administration, infrastructure modifications, or software changes outside authorized instructor permissions; such issues are documented and escalated to the appropriate technical roles

Work Schedule: The coursesbeing supported are active from 0700-1800 M-F. Contract core hours are 1000-1400.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver Government-approved classroom and lab instruction for assigned course(s), maintaining course pace, learning objectives, and professional instructional standards.

• Provide student support during hands-on labs/exercises using sound operational judgment and tradecraft rationale without disclosing assessment answers, test content, or sensitive solution paths.

• Execute course preparation and closeout activities using Government-approved checklists/runbooks and document completion as required.

• Perform first-line troubleshooting of common student-impacting issues within instructor permissions document steps taken and outcomes.

• Escalate LMS/platform/infrastructure issues through approved channels with sufficient diagnostic detail (steps to reproduce, timestamps, screenshots/logs as permitted)

• Review grading outputs (manual and/or automated where applicable) for obvious anomalies and report suspected defects or unclear rubric/application issues per established procedures.

• Comply with exam/assessment handling requirements and need-to-know controls; immediately report suspected compromise, improper access, or testing irregularities per SOP.

Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Poly

Minimum Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Education/instructional Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field and two (2) years of relevant experience

OR

Associate's degree (or 18 semester hours of military coursework/training in a related field) and four (4) years of relevant experience; OR High school diploma/GED and six (6) years of relevant experience

OR

At least six (6) months of FORGE /HAMR (CYBR4600) teaching experience occurring within the last two (2) years

OR

Experience within last two (2) years as a certified T50 Exploiter Trainer and five (5) years of IO or EA experience

Required Qualifications:

• Experience delivering technical instruction in classroom and lab environments using Government-approved content and procedures is desired.
• Experience complying with exam/assessment handling requirements, know controls, and reporting testing irregularities per SOP is desired. Handling
• Demonstrate knowledge of creating and configuring virtual hosts and networks using a virtual machine manager (e.g., VMware vSphere/vCenter) in support of training scenarios/exercises
• Demonstrate knowledge of scenario development and interactive virtual learning module creation using tools such as vSphere, vCenter, Moodle, Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate or equivalent
• At least two (2) years of experience in the development, testing, deployment m operations, training or maintenance of Electrical/Electronic/Software systems pertaining to CNE
• Must have administration knowledge of setting up and maintaining common Unix, Unix Variant, and Windows Servers
• Shall demonstrate knowledge of commonly used software programming languages (preferred Python, Ruby, and shell scripting).
