Position Summary

As a Coupa eProcurement Senior Consultant on the Sourcing and Procurement team, you will be responsible for...
  • Support eProcurement transformation initiatives through process design, solution configuration, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer activities
  • Gather, analyze, and translate client requirements across sourcing, procurement, supplier enablement, catalog management, requisitioning, purchase orders, invoicing, and payments
  • Configure and help implement digital procurement platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, or Ivalua to align business processes and technology capabilities
  • Use data, reporting, and performance metrics to assess procurement operations, identify improvement opportunities, and support client decision-making
  • Contribute to project delivery in Agile environments by supporting workstream execution, client communication, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration

Deloitte's Sourcing and Procurement practice helps clients transform their Strategic Sourcing & Procurement functions into strategic partners for their businesses. We excel at strategies that are delivered through a combination of strong category experience, Sourcing and Procurement operating model expertise, broad-based knowledge and management skills, and geographical reach around the world. We advise companies on potential areas of savings relating to both indirect SG&A costs as well as direct Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and enable digital transformation goals of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement functions through technology (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, etc.) assessments, selection, implementation, and continuous operations.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or procurement transformation, or 3+ years of experience implementing eProcurement platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, or Ivalua
  • 3+ years of experience with procurement strategy and process transformation, including sourcing, procurement roadmap assessment, process mapping, business process review, and reporting and analytics
  • Experience with at least 2 of the following: direct materials, indirect materials, sourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier enablement, catalog enablement, requisition and purchase order processes, invoicing, payments, or supplier management
  • Experience using Agile methodology to deliver enterprise technology solutions
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Advanced degree in Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience using analytics, metrics, or large data sets to assess supply chain or procurement performance
  • Experience leading project teams in a consulting or client delivery environment
  • Experience presenting complex topics to business or technical stakeholders
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams, locations, and time zones
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,700 to $218,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
