Job Title: Counterintelligence Collections Instructor - Senior Level

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for providing world-class, Joint Military Counterintelligence Collections Course (JMCCC) instruction.
  • Plan, develop, and execute training certification for CI Agents to independently plan and conduct CI collection (IAW EO 12333 and DoDI S-5240.17) to identify and detect FIE activities against DoD and respond to validated CI requirements and support the identification, exploitation, disruption, manipulation, or neutralization of FIE intelligence operations aimed at DoD and U.S. interests
  • Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel withinthe NCR and CONUS.
  • Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with poly or ability to obtain poly.
  • Five(5)yearsof experience conducting CI or HUMINT Collection
  • Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school
  • Completed oneof the following CI or HUMINT source handling courses: MCC course, ACICC, JMCCC, DATC, ASOTC, MOTC, FTC, OTC, or an IC school equivalent or have experience conducting Level II MCC in accordance with the DoDI-S 5240.17
  • Served as a CI Collector with experience conducting the full operational cycle.
  • Ability to sit and stand for up to four (4) hours at one time and be able to walk for up to five (5) miles in one day.
