Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for providing world-classAdvanced CI Investigations Course (ACIIC) instruction.
  • Plan, develop, and execute training certification for CI Agents toindependently conduct Counterintelligence investigations to determinewhether a particular person is acting for or on behalf of, or an event is related to, a Foreign Intelligence Entity, as well as determine actions to identify the appropriate resolution. Devise plans that leverage all CI functions, missions (IAW the DoD 5240 series), and CJ investigative tools and defend their utilization of DoDManual 5240.01, Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, affidavits and evidence.
  • Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel withinthe NCR and CONUS.
  • Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.

  • Served as a senior CI investigator with experience conducting the full investigative cycle.
  • Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school, must be agraduate of JCITA NSIC, ACIIC, the AFCITC, or an IC school equivalent.
