- Salary Range - $115,000 to $128,000
- Location - Fort Belvoir VA
- Clearance - A successful candidate must have an active "Top Secret/SCI" clearance to be considered.

SUMMARY: Provide Counterintelligence (CI) Analysis and Production support, primarily through name-trace activities and CI vetting, to a government agency at Fort Belvoir VA.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Demonstrate familiarity with CI indicators, national-level intelligence requirements, and analytical products, processes, and standards
- Conduct research and analysis using open-source, classified databases, and Intelligence Community (IC) tools to support tailored briefings, assessments, and answering operational requirements
- Identify and assess intelligence threats through name trace activities and screening and vetting using classified research and IC tools and databases
- Articulate foreign intelligence entity (FIE) trends, tradecraft, and activities targeting Department of Defense equities
- Produce and disseminate complex findings concisely and effectively through internal analysis and finished intelligence (FINTEL), in written, oral, and other media formats, to inform decision-makers at organizational levels and/or for broader IC and inter-agency audiences
- Apply analytical tradecraft consistent with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) 203 and 206 to all product lines, including CI threat assessments, CI notes, intelgraphics, briefing slides, and other requested products
- Answer routine requests for information within designated suspense timelines
- Support internal reviews and QA/QC for team production
- Submit report evaluations to the greater IC
- Maintain internal databases and records IAW local policy
- Remain compliant with current policies, regulations, and training
- Perform other relevant duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) years of experience working with a Federal Government organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- TS/SCI clearance required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Formal all-source or CI analyst training
- Five (5) years of experience working within the IC
- Experience with supporting CI missions or organizations
- Familiarity with IC-style writing
- Working knowledge of current IC tools and databases (within the last three (3) years)
- Developed, published, and disseminated national-level FINTEL products (within the last three (3) years)
