Position Summary

The Counter-Unmanned Systems (C-UAS) Program Manager will serve as the subject matter expert and operational lead for the company's C-UAS portfolio. This role will oversee program execution, business development, and operational planning for C-UAS projects serving Government and commercial clients. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of C-UAS technologies, threat environments, and operational best practices, combined with proven experience managing complex programs and teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain deep knowledge of C-UAS platforms, sensors, threat vectors, countermeasure technologies, and operational methods.
  • Provide authoritative input and guidance to internal stakeholders and clients on C-UAS capabilities, best practices, and regulations.
  • Lead program planning, resource allocation, execution, and delivery of C-UAS projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope results.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accountability for project risk, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new C-UAS opportunities within Government and commercial markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Participate in proposal and capture efforts, supporting pricing, solution design, and review.
  • Lead C-UAS operational planning and deployments.
  • Develop and review operational policies, procedures, and training for staff and end-user clients.
  • Serve as a senior advisor for operational incidents, exercises, and live deployments.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team.
  • Foster a collaborative culture focused on excellence, accountability, and mission success.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national and international regulations related to C-UAS technologies and operations.
  • Ensure program compliance with applicable policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Collaborate directly with the LEXSO (Layered Extended Security Operations) team to integrate C-UAS capabilities into a modular, multi-sensor operational architecture designed for real-time threat detection, tracking, and autonomous response.
  • Contribute to the integration and orchestration of C-UAS data streams with LEXSO's AI-enabled platform enabling "response at the speed of sensing" through real-time sensor tipping, queuing, and situational awareness overlays.
  • Ensure C-UAS capabilities are interoperable with LEXSO's secure, multi-path communications infrastructure, including satellite, cellular, and terrestrial links supporting disconnected or remote operations.
  • Work with Constellis' Mission Technology team and Technical Security Solutions (TSS) Solutions to support deployment planning, technical demonstrations, and operational experiments ensuring cohesive operational output across technical mission areas.
  • Act as a senior technical liaison with adjacent Constellis programs such as counter-intrusion, mobile security platforms, and denial technologies, ensuring that C-UAS initiatives are aligned with broader mission assurance goals and enterprise-level protection strategies.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline required.
  • Relevant military or government training preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in C-UAS, air defense, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing programs of significant complexity and scope.
  • Operational experience with C-UAS systems and technologies required.
  • In-depth knowledge of C-UAS platforms, sensors, command and control, and threat characterization.
  • Understanding of evolving UAS threats and countermeasure technologies.
  • Experience working with DoD, DHS, FAA, and other relevant federal or international agencies.
  • Strong program management, leadership, and business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Skilled in proposal writing, pricing, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Must possess an active [Secret] clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
  • Must be able to lift, lower, carry, push or move objects up to 25 lbs. Various tasks may require intermittent standing or prolonged sitting, and the ability to walk, reach, kneel, crouch and handle work related supplies and tools


WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
