Job Title:Costing Manager - Teva Footwear


Reports to:Director, Costing


Location: Goleta, CA or Portland, OR (Hybrid)

Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday 6 Thursday

The Role

As the Costing Manager for Teva Footwear, you 2ll oversee the product costing process for assigned brands and categories from initial concept through final prototyping and sales samples. You 2ll collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Sourcing teams to ensure products are cost-effective, commercially viable, and aligned with seasonal margin targets. Leveraging your manufacturing knowledge and cost engineering expertise, you 2ll proactively identify cost risks and opportunities, provide actionable margin analysis, and deliver clear cost visibility throughout the development cycle. You 2ll also build and refine costing tools and reports to drive efficiency and improve decision-making, while mentoring others and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Your Impact

  • Manage the full product costing lifecycle 6from initial brief and design through final prototypes and salesman samples 6to ensure cost targets are met
  • Provide ongoing costing support and margin analysis to Product and Development teams, offering cost engineering solutions and updates to meet seasonal financial targets
  • Apply product and manufacturing knowledge to drive cost efficiency and mentor cross-functional teams on cost-related best practices
  • Build and maintain pre-costing tools and reports to provide visibility on costs, margins, and sourcing impacts
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen cost awareness and develop new reports and projects for continuous improvement

Who You Are

  • Bachelor 2s degree preferred with an emphasis on financial or business analysis, or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of footwear product costing experience required
  • Thorough knowledge of financial business reporting and pricing models
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience building and refining costing tools and reports
