Northrop Grumman is seeking a Cost & Schedule Manager (S02) who will be an integral part of the Scheduling and Business Management leadership team. This leader will be provide guidance and support for the Cost and Schedule Management organization with deep integration with the Business Management organization. This role is fast paced and demanding. It will require a high level of work ethic and strong strategic adaptability.
This role will be responsible in supporting organization execution. They are accountable for Program performance reporting, analysis, and compliance.
They will partner with and support the Program leadership team, Business Segments, Integrated Product Teams, and control account managers.
Responsibilities include Cost and Performance deliverables, financial forecasting, support to Financial Planning and Reporting, Process Improvements, Earned Value Management implementation, and Proposal Support. This position is also accountable in support of EAC and Risk/Opportunity Assessment, Program Baselines, Auditory Compliance and Surveillances, as well as Division and Sector leadership ad hoc activities. They will support the Senior Cost & Schedule Manager and partner with Business leadership and manage a group of Program Cost and Schedule Analysts.
Basic Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in Business Management with Bachelor's degree - OR - 6+ years of experience with a Master's
- Experience with Microsoft Project and the development of an Integrated Master Schedule
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Extensive knowledge of program execution for cost and compliance
- Strong background and experience in leading teams or an organization directly or indirectly
- Ability to obtain Interim or Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:- Extensive knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Compliance
- Active DoD clearance
- Working knowledge of EVMS Software (i.e. MPM or Cobra), Microsoft Office Suite and Accounting principles
- Experience interfacing with customers or government audit agencies such as DCMA and DCAA, as well as Internal Audit
- Experience with SSI Tools
Primary Level Salary Range: $146,600.00 - $219,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
