Your work directly supports LOA approvals, customer negotiations, and seamless handoff to project implementation, while driving the financial performance of the Service Program business through measurable impact on non-conformance costs, productivity, and overall order intake for Siemens Energy Gas Services in the region.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Enable commercial excellence by directly supporting customer negotiations, RFQs, and strategic initiatives with sound cost, risk, and scenario analyses.
  • Represent project calculations in Pre-LOA forums and collaborate with Sales, Service Engineering, and Marketing Leads to continuously integrate execution feedback into cost and risk models.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in cost and risk management by partnering with global stakeholders to maintain harmonized methodologies, proposal standards, and calculation tools.
  • Advance digital and process innovation by supporting the development, testing, and rollout of S4E solutions-including the Long-Term Service Module (LTSM)-to strengthen service calculations and productivity.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales and commercial teams by resolving complex, non-standard challenges independently and guiding effective use of proposal tools and pricing configurators.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting LOA procedures, with a strong ability to analyze costs, assess risk, and develop sound action plans aligned to customer and business requirements.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Contracts, Operations, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Solid foundation in financial and/or technical analysis, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, cash-flow analysis, or application of engineering principles to commercial decision-making.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Siemens Energy gas turbine technology, including service and maintenance processes and requirements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex, non-standard challenges independently and advise sales teams on commercial tools and methodologies; limited travel (up to 10%) required.
