Full Job Description
The Consolidation Specialist (Cost Management Senior Analyst) plays a critical role in supporting Mopar Supply Chain by leading the consolidation of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities. This position partners closely with Finance and Operations to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights that drive profitability, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making.

The role serves as the central point for profitability consolidation, campaign reporting, business case and other cost analyses, ensuring alignment among cross-functional stakeholders and supporting leadership visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global consolidation of month-end, forecast, and budget reporting, including ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Consolidate and deliver the Monthly Profit Optimization Report for Mopar North America.
  • Conduct business cases to ensure viable projects - may require statistical analysis
  • Identify variances and provide insights into key drivers and risks.
  • Support continuous improvement of forecasting accuracy and methodologies.
  • Develop and present month-end and forecast support materials for senior leadership.
  • Support campaign cost reviews and monitor financial impacts on Supply Chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost transparency and alignment.
  • Enhance reporting automation including leveraging advanced analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant finance experience
  • Strong technical proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Excel (advanced)
    • PowerPoint
    • Power BI
    • Power Query / data transformation tools
    • AI-enabled analytics tools
  • Proven ability to manage and consolidate large, complex datasets
