Attend meetings and design reviews to monitor project progress and solve problems.
Conduct site walks with key stakeholders to assess progress and identify cost impacts.
Consolidate data for detailed estimates and ad-hoc cost reports.
Maintain accurate project change management logs.
Collaborate with the extended Cost Management team on complex tasks.
Oversee the financial close-out process and settlement of vendors.

Full Job Description

Overview

In this role you will:

Attend key meetings and design reviews to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
Participate in site walks with GC, Cost Manager and client PM, assessing progress and identifying potential cost impacts
Effectively consolidate data to prepare detailed estimates, and ad-hoc cost reports and analyses
Maintain the project change management logs, with detail focus and accuracy
Partner with the extended Cost Management team to complete complex client tasks
Monitor the financial close-out on all projects including settlement of all vendors

Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
Are chartered or are on the path to complete it. We can help.
Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects
Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing

The salary range for this role is between $72,000 and $96,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.
