What We're Looking For: - 3+ years of cost accounting experience (manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets
What You'll Be Doing: - Analyze and maintain product cost standards, including materials, production, and overhead
- Prepare and analyze cost variance reports to identify drivers and trends
- Collaborate with operations and R&D to establish costs for new and modified products
- Manage the inventory cycle count program and monitor inventory valuation
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial analysis to drive operational efficiency
- Partner with leadership to identify process improvement opportunities
