Qualifications

• Proven safety record with a focus on achieving safety and production goals.
• 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance role.
• Experience in supervisory or lead positions is preferred.
• Technical training in maintenance and/or mechanics is beneficial.
• Strong ability to understand team roles in achieving business objectives.
• Ability to self-manage work pace and adjust priorities as needed.
• Effective communication skills for all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of maintenance technicians.
• Train and coach technicians for skill development.
• Engage the maintenance crew to safely complete maintenance tasks.
• Develop and refine maintenance strategies in collaboration with production teams.
• Ensure completion of Predictive Maintenance and routine tasks for optimal equipment performance.
• Cultivate a safe and productive maintenance team.
• Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
