Full Job Description
Position Description: Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is seeking a Corrosion Control Program Manager to provide support to COMNAVAIRPAC. Work is contingent upon approval by the prime contractor and government customer, and will be performed in San Diego, CA.

Travel will be required for this role.

Experience Requirements:

  • Senior-level managerial skills with a history of occupying managerial positions in a Navy environment.
  • A minimum of 15 years of prior experience and involvement in Navy corrosion control programs and projects.
  • The ability to communicate and interface routinely with senior Navy personnel (O-6/GS-15).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a background and experience in database management.
  • Familiarity and experience working on U.S. Navy CVN class vessels.
  • A background in the use of composites, VCIs, high-solids paints, flame spray, ceramic coatings, and non-ferrous metals in Navy vessels.
  • Experience conducting Shipboard Corrosion Assessment and Reporting (S-CAR) training.
  • Willingness to travel on a routine basis for extended periods of time (normally not more than 2-3 weeks at a time).


Educational Requirements:

  • Active Shipboard Corrosion Assessment Technician (S-CAT) certification, desired


Security Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active DoD SECRET clearance
