• Lead executive communications and strategic storytelling. Develop executive-level presentations, business updates, briefing materials, and other communications that clearly articulate the Field Experience strategy, priorities, progress, outcomes, and emerging opportunities to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and execution. Build strong partnerships across Agency, the Foundational Business, and enterprise functions to advance shared priorities, resolve dependencies, and ensure coordinated execution. Represent Field Experience in key cross-functional forums as appropriate.
• Strengthen connectivity to the field. Help ensure the perspectives and experiences of agents and field leaders inform organizational priorities and decision-making. Partner with appropriate teams to strengthen feedback loops and maintain connectivity between Field Experience strategy and evolving field needs.
• Advance organizational effectiveness. Identify opportunities to improve , processes, decision-making, and ways of working across Field Experience. Develop and implement programs, tools, and approaches that enable the organization to operate more effectively and efficiently.
• Lead critical and emerging priorities. Take ownership of high-priority, cross-cutting, or ambiguous initiatives that require focused leadership, structured problem-solving, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Flex as needed to address emerging business priorities and opportunities.
• Partner across the broader Chief of Staff community. Build strong relationships with Chiefs of Staff and business leaders across Agency and the Foundational Business to create alignment, consistency, transparency, and connectivity across shared priorities.

What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated business acumen and experience operating within complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of Agency, field distribution, and the needs of agents and field leaders; experience in field-facing, distribution, or related functions strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to synthesize complex information, identify implications, and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to develop compelling narratives and materials for senior leadership audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leaders and influence across organizational boundaries without relying on formal authority.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and maintain focus on both immediate deliverables and longer-term objectives.
• Sound judgment and discretion, with the ability to operate independently and make decisions in situations characterized by ambiguity or incomplete information.
