Who we are looking forWe are seeking a highly motivated, intellectually curious Vice President to join the Corporate Strategy team. The Vice President will manage complex strategy projects from problem definition through recommendation and execution planning, working closely with senior leaders across the organization. Strong candidates for this role will have demonstrated the ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop fact-based insights, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations. Typical projects could include enterprise and business strategy development, market and competitive intelligence, client segmentation and market sizing, strategic partnerships and acquisitions, market entry or exit, product and client positioning, profitability, and investment prioritization.
What you will be responsible forAs Vice President of Corporate Strategy, your will be responsible for:
- Framing ambiguous enterprise and business issues, develop hypotheses, and identify the analyses required to inform strategic choices
- Managing strategy projects end to end, including scope, workplan, team delegation, stakeholder engagement, quality control, recommendations, and execution planning
- Directing quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesizing findings, and applying business and industry knowledge to develop clear, actionable recommendations
- Developing compelling storylines and executive-ready materials tailored to senior management, the Executive Committee, and the Board
- Building trusted relationships with business, finance, and functional partners
- Leading stakeholder discussions and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Driving rapid-turn analyses for senior leadership while maintaining accuracy, sound judgment, and clear prioritization
- Providing timely coaching and feedback, and fostering an open, collaborative, high-performance team environment
- Anticipating risks, questions, and decision points while escalating issues with proposed solutions and maintaining accountability for project outcomes

Education & Preferred Qualifications - 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable strategic role with experience leading end-to-end workstreams and project teams required
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Financial services experience strongly preferred, particularly in asset management, asset servicing, capital markets, data and analytics, financial technology, or wealth services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; demonstrated ability to use research, data, and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve the quality and speed of analysis
Salary Range: $170,000 - $267,500 Annual
