Full Job Description
Due to growth needs, a Texas-based senior housing company is looking to add a Corporate Senior Housing Marketing Director to our team. This role will lead the marketing strategy and execution, overseeing brand positioning, campaign development, and occupancy growth across multiple communities.

Core Responsibilities
• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies aligned with the company's mission, occupancy goals, and brand vision.
• Brand Management: Develop and maintain a consistent, compelling brand voice across all communities, ensuring alignment with senior living values and resident experience
• Campaign Development: Create and optimize digital and traditional marketing efforts - including SEO, PPC, direct mail, events, and social media - to drive inquiries, tours, deposits, and move-ins.
• Sales Integration: Partner with sales teams and community leaders to strengthen marketing-sales synergy, improve conversion rates, and support the sales process from inquiry to move-in.
• Content & Storytelling: Capture and amplify resident and community experiences through compelling content, PR, and storytelling to build trust and engagement.
• Performance Measurement: Use analytics, KPIs, and market research to evaluate campaign ROI, refine strategies, and improve results.
• Training & Support: Guide and train Community Marketing Directors or marketing staff to meet conversion targets and deliver relevant, timely marketing events.
• Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets and promotional activities to maximize return on investment.
• Industry Standards: Apply knowledge of senior living industry standards, regulations, and competitive market analysis.
