Job Description & SummaryAs a Corporate Reporting Services (CRS) Manager, you will help drive audit quality by supporting engagement teams on technical accounting, financial reporting, consultation, and thought leadership. Key responsibilities include
- Manage CRS initiatives that support audit quality, technical consistency, and high-value support for engagement teams and clients.
- Lead first-level financial statement reviews, communicate comments to engagement teams, and work with CRS partners to address technical questions and provide insights to clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for audit engagement teams on technical accounting matters, including performing research and escalating formal and informal consultations to CRS partners as appropriate.
- Support Quality Management for Service Excellence (QMSE) activities within CRS.
- Support CRS partners on Global CRS initiatives and other professional technical committees.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation for financial statement reviews and formal consultations in the Consult database, as applicable.
- Develop technical thought leadership, publications, newsletters, training courses, disclosure checklists, templates, and knowledge-sharing materials on current and emerging financial reporting topics.
- Coordinate CRS knowledge-sharing meetings and related follow-up activities.
- Contribute to the use of AI in CRS and with tools for the practice.
- Assist with special projects and other responsibilities for the group as assigned.

The salary range for the Manager position is $75,400 - $125,400 and for the Senior Manager position is $101,100 - $151,100. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
