Overview

This is a HYBRD position located in the Scottsdale, Arizona area. On-site days will be determined weekly between our two Scottsdale communities and other days will be remote:
  • Vi at Grayhawk - 7501 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy, Scottsdale AZ 85255
  • Vi at Silverstone - 23005 N. 74th Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85255


Responsibilities

Corporate Recruiter Responsibilities:
• Provides sourcing and recruiting support for assigned communities in Scottsdale and corporate office positions. Reports to Director of Talent Acquisition and collaborates with other members of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team on strategies and programs to attract talent.
• Identifies job vacancies that are difficult to fill and investigates the best recruitment and sourcing approaches for them.
• In collaboration with assigned Community HR team and hiring managers, supports position management to ensure openings are correct.
• Researches opportunities to introduce new recruitment vendors; monitors expenditures per vendor and job vacancy.
• Keeps abreast of local job market pay and benefit competitiveness and recruitment strategies.
• Acts as an employment brand ambassador for Vi and actively markets our opportunities, benefits and culture including on social media.
• Works with Community hiring managers to create and implement a recruiting plan for open positions.
• Provides weekly status updates on candidate pipeline and activities.
• Obtains job requirements, prepares and coordinates advertising/postings, determines sourcing activities, works with external recruiting firms as necessary, and facilitates candidates through the hiring process.
• Reviews resumes/applications, conducts phone screens and interviews potential candidates. Recommends candidates for further consideration.
• Generates applicants by conducting searches, networking, direct-sourcing and following up on leads.
• Generates candidate pipeline by networking with local schools, universities, organizations, career centers, etc.
• Recommends and supports local job fairs and hiring events.
• Coordinates interview schedules for job candidates and arranges travel as necessary.
• Provides regular follow-up with hiring managers to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.
• Coordinates any assessments required for designated positions.
• Provides appropriate and timely feedback and communication to job candidates.
• Enters and maintains all pertinent data in the CRM and Applicant Tracking System in a timely and accurate manner.
• May conduct reference and background checks.
• May prepare written offer letters.

Qualifications
• Education: Associate's Degree is required. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related degree is preferred. Master's Degree or SHRM certification is a plus.
• Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of intensive recruitment and sourcing experience with emphasis on hospitality and healthcare recruiting is required. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs is required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

USD $77,677.93 - USD $97,083.83 /Yr.
