We're looking for a highlyanalytical Corporate Pricing Manager to help shape and execute pricingstrategies for our integrated product portfolio, including insurance, health,and administrative services. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Pricing,this role focuses on building models, performing detailed analyses, anddelivering actionable insights that support pricing decisions. As an individualcontributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensurepricing aligns with profitability and market objectives.
Rolesand Responsibilities1.Pricing Analysis and Model Development- Build and maintain pricing models to support new business and renewal strategies.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of claims experience, utilization trends, and regulatory requirements to inform pricing decisions.
- Update and refine rating structures and manual rates to reflect current market conditions.
- Partner with cross functional partners and finance teams to apply pricing methodologies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Track product performance and recommend adjustments based on emerging data and trends.
- Prepare clear, data-driven reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
2. Enterprise Financial and Strategic Support- Contribute to financial evaluations of the product portfolio, identifying areas for improvement or repositioning.
- Support the development of innovative pricing approaches, including bundled or value-based models.
- Perform scenario testing and sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of pricing changes.
- Provide input into budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
3.Collaboration and Mentorship- Offer technical guidance and support to Actuarial Analysts and Associates.
- Share best practices and help junior team members develop strong analytical skills.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data and analytics, ideally in pricing or product development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical findings clearly.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work under deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
