Salary: $175,000 - $280,000/year

What You'll Do- Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and commercial agreements.
- Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction structuring.
- Counsel clients on corporate governance matters and strategic business issues.
- Work closely with attorneys across offices on complex middle-market transactions.
- Support clients through all phases of acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate matters.
What You'll Need- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active Bar admission in the applicable state or eligibility for admission.
- At least 3 years of Corporate/M&A experience within a law firm.
- Experience handling mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions.
- Strong background in due diligence, transaction structuring, and corporate governance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
