About the Job

  • Represent clients in court, arbitration, and other legal proceedings.
  • Review and refine complex legal documents, including contracts.
  • Negotiate contracts and resolve legal disputes.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks to prevent costly litigation.
  • Perform due diligence on contracts, agreements, and mergers & acquisitions.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years as a practicing attorney.
  • Active Georgia State license (required).
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school.


Pay commensurate with experience.
