The goal of PNC's Development Programs is to move analysts and associates from development roles into production roles in one of PNC's lines of business.
PNC Real Estate is a leading provider of banking, financing, and servicing solutions for commercial real estate clients across the country. The Agency Finance track of The PNC Development Program enables Analysts to explore various aspects of the Multifamily Finance industry through PNC's Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac Optigo, and FHA lending platforms. In addition to Agency lending, we offer construction, bridge, and permanent financing through our balance sheet. This suite of products allows us to provide comprehensive financing solutions to our customers nationwide.
Analysts and associates hired into PNC Agency Finance will be a part of the broader C&IB Development Program. In addition to structured training within the line of business, this program includes enterprise-wide and C&IB specific soft-skill and technical training.
Upon successful completion of the PNC Real Estate Development Program, placement opportunities may occur in: Calabasas, CA or Dallas, TX
Job Profile:
Participates as an analyst/associate in the line of business development program.
- Performs or assists the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g., deal, sales, process support, internal or external customer interaction, or supporting internal projects). Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.
- Participates in social learning within the organization (e.g., identifies and networks with business representatives and peers, participates in mentoring, job shadowing and community outreach).
- Participates in formal learning (e.g., classroom, web-based or virtual) and completes related activities and projects.
- Supports the internal and external customer experience by providing excellent service at all times; takes accountability and ensures problem resolution.

- Preferred business relevant majors (e.g., Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Math, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Actuarial Sciences),
- Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills. Includes individuals joining the organization through a corporate development/training program.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $39,100.00 - $126,500.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
