Full Job Description
The FP&A team at Oura plays an important part in delivering our company mission. We are a highly visible function responsible for delivering mission-critical analytics and insights to leadership and key stakeholders. To further our impact, we are looking for a Manager to join our Corporate FP&A team. Reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A, this role will play a key role in driving the company's forecasting, annual planning, and financial reporting processes. This individual will support the month-end close process, deliver financial analysis and actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making, and partner cross-functionally to improve financial visibility across the organization. As a member of the Corporate FP&A team, this role will also contribute to company-wide financial reporting by developing and maintaining financial models, dashboards, and management reporting, while helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of consolidated financial results. What You will do: • Become a subject matter expert in all things revenue and gross margin for Oura, leading the team in consolidated reporting, analysis, and insights • Consolidate financial results and forecasts across business units and functions, aggregating into monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, including monthly and quarter results presentations, board meeting materials, forecast reviews and others • Partner with the rest of FP&A to understand business drivers and evaluate financial impacts. Analyze financial and operational performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. • Ensure data integrity across planning systems, reporting tools, and financial models, driving best practices as it pertains to reporting and the utilization of data from a number of sources • Assist in driving month-end close and reporting processes, partnering closely with accounting on ensuring accuracy of financials and providing insights/commentary on company results relative to plan/forecast. • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy across monthly and quarterly deliverables. • Support the implementation of Oura's planning tool, Pigment • Prepare other ad hoc analysis and modeling as needed Requirements: • 7+ years of relevant finance experience. • Experience with revenue, gross margin, or supply chain finance a plus • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, working with planning tools (e.g. Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive) preferred. • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision of financial data and resolving discrepancies effectively. • Ability to work cross functionally and experience communicating with or presenting to people at all levels of the organization with varying levels of financial literacy. • Demonstrated ability to operate well with ambiguity and build things from scratch. • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and tools. • High integrity, intellectual curiosity, self awareness, and a self starter attitude. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. • Region 1: $143,650 - $169,000 • Region 2: $130,050 - $153,000 • Region 3: $117,300 - $138,000 A recruiter can determine your zones/tiers based on your US location.
