Ideal candidates will have substantial experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing diligence processes, and executing mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to integrate evolving legal technologies and workflow tools into their practice to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness.

Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials, excellent analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills, and be confident leading workstreams and serving as a key point of contact for clients and deal teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently, collaborate seamlessly across offices and practices, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while contributing to the development of junior lawyers.

This opportunity is open to candidates in any of our U.S. offices, with a preference for Silicon Valley, Boston, Denver, and New York. Candidates must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction where they will practice.

The expected base salary range for this role is $260,000 to $390,000 per year.
