• Identifies opportunities to enhance standardization, efficiency, and overall building performance across the portfolio.
• Evaluates and supports the implementation of new technologies and solutions that improve operational outcomes.

Facilities Engineering & Operations Support

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence design and construction outcomes across stakeholders.

Travel Requirements
This role requires frequent travel (approximately 50-60%), typically consisting of two-night trips during the workweek, three or more weeks per month. Travel is primarily by air within PNC's footprint, with a focus on supporting operations and growth in National Expansion Markets. This position is eligible for a PNC-provided vehicle for business-related travel.

Work Location & Flexibility Expectations
This position is not a fully remote or work-from-home role. The selected candidate will be assigned a primary office location and is expected to maintain a regular in-office presence when not traveling, consistent with business needs and team expectations.
Given the extensive travel requirements of the role, PNC recognizes the need for reasonable flexibility in work arrangements. The employee is expected to remain actively engaged in their responsibilities, including project work, design reviews, collaboration, and operational support activities. This role requires consistent availability for both in-person and virtual collaboration, and the ability to work effectively across geographically dispersed teams.
PNC supports a results-driven work environment and does not rely on strict time tracking. Employees are expected to manage their schedules responsibly to meet performance expectations. Reasonable flexibility is provided to accommodate personal needs during the workday, particularly in recognition of the demands associated with frequent travel. However, this flexibility does not change the expectation that the role maintains full-time engagement and accountability when not traveling.
