Licensed to practice in Illinois, with potential need for multi-state licensure.
At least five years of nursing experience, with two to three years in a senior clinical leadership role, ideally in assisted living/long-term care.
Experience supporting multiple locations or a regional/corporate clinical role is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing, assisted living, and senior care.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant clinical/compliance systems.
A valid driver's license is required.

Corporate Director of Clinical Services $130,000 to $160,000 | Full-Time Days Location: Wesley Willows | Rockford, IL
What You'll Do:
Serve as the clinical subject matter expert across all Wesley Willows communities; providing leadership, mentorship, and hands-on support to nursing teams.
Develop and standardize clinical policies and best practices in alignment with state and federal regulations.
Lead quality audits, mock surveys, and risk assessments; support survey prep, responses, and plans of correction.
Analyze portfolio-wide quality indicators and drive initiatives to improve resident outcomes.
Lead root cause analysis and risk mitigation following clinical incidents.
Support onboarding, training, and recruitment of nursing leaders across all communities.
Travel regularly to communities to provide on-site clinical support and training.
What You'll Need:
