What you'll do:

The Corporate Director, Converting Technology is responsible for defining and deploying the corporate technology vision for tissue converting operations across the organization. In partnership with leadership teams, this role guides technology investments, drives innovation, and ensures alignment of initiatives with the company's strategic, operational, and financial objectives.The Corporate Director, Converting Technology is responsible for defining and deploying the corporate technology vision for tissue converting operations across the organization. In this role, you can expect to:
• Define and maintain the corporate roadmap for converting technologies in alignment with the company's strategic priorities.
• Establish governance for converting technologies and recommend directions that enhance competitiveness, operational efficiency, and innovation.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize technology investments based on strategic and financial value.
• Lead major initiatives involving the development, validation, and deployment of new technologies across manufacturing sites and corporate teams.
• Advise leadership teams on technology-related matters, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with site leadership, corporate functions, and cross-functional teams.
• Promote the standardization of best practices and knowledge sharing across facilities.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, research centers, and industry organizations.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment while ensuring strong execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Develop talent and technical expertise within the team.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in tissue converting operations, including several years in a technical or operational leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing technology programs and innovation initiatives across multiple sites.
  • Strong understanding of tissue manufacturing and converting processes.
  • Excellent strategic management, financial analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • You must be located within a reasonable distance from one of our manufacturing facilities
