Associate, Corporate Development AllerVie Health | Frisco, TX | Full-Time

We are seeking a Corporate Development Associate to support deal evaluation, financial analysis, business development, and integration efforts across all stages of the transaction lifecycle.

What You'll Own
  • Support sourcing and tracking of acquisition targets, affiliations, and partnership opportunities
  • Build financial models to support deal valuation, ROI analysis, and transaction structuring
  • Analyze practice-level financials and identify key value drivers and risks
  • Coordinate due diligence workstreams across legal, financial, operational, and clinical functions
  • Manage data rooms, document requests, and diligence trackers
  • Prepare deal summaries, investment memos, and executive presentations
  • Support post-close integration coordination with HR, IT, RCM, and operations

What We're Looking For
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, healthcare consulting, or a corporate development function
  • Strong financial modeling skills including DCF, three-statement models, and transaction structuring
  • Experience supporting M&A transactions through some or all stages of the deal lifecycle
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare, multi-site physician practices, or a PE-backed platform
