Full Job Description
Overview

Provides support to the strategic growth initiatives of mergers and acquisitions. Initiates and coordinates due diligence activities, data collection and review, and evaluating acquisition opportunities. Establishes the review timeline; will interface with acquisition targets during the deal process, and supports the development strategy activity through active market, customer, opportunity, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate an effective review process with interdepartmental teams to execute due diligence for potential acquisitions.
  •  Provide organized and informative recommendations based on diligence findings.
  • Develop post-closing budgets and pro-forma financials.
  • Lead key meetings and maintain constant communication with potential acquisition targets throughout the diligence process.
  • Analyze target opportunities by developing comprehensive overviews that illustrate strategic rationale, investment merits and risks, and performing financial analysis to assist in determining appropriate offer pricing.
  • Support the development of acquisition strategies, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Assist in closing transactions.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of corporate development models and templates to ensure optimal utilityand accuracy
  • Demonstrate qualifications and competencies consistently and reliably.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned..
Qualifications

• Required to have Bachelor's Degree in, finance, accounting, economics, or related field. • Required minimum two years of equivalent work experience.• Required advanced experience with financial modeling. • Required advanced experience using Microsoft Excel.• Required ability to travel, as needed, to on-site locations.• Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.• Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially MS office, including word, powerpoint, and excel.• Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.* Enhabit does not waive this essential function by permitting duties to be performed remotely on occasion to accommodate temporary personal needs, such as appointments, or to operate in crises beyond its control, such as during a natural disaster or pandemic.
