Reporting to the General Counsel, this role is central to Cardless's mission of enabling the world's largest brands to launch and manage credit card programs with speed and precision. Cardless partners with leading names such as Coinbase, Bilt Rewards, and Alibaba, and operates across all major card networks using advanced AI-powered servicing. The Corporate Counsel will serve as a cross-functional legal partner, advising on servicing, collections, and litigation matters, while supporting additional legal needs as the business evolves. This high-ownership position is ideal for a structured, detail-oriented attorney with significant experience in consumer finance, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
