Full Job Description
External Reporting:
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely external financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and other relevant standards

Technical Accounting and Policy:
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and timely updates are evaluated and implemented as necessary to address new accounting standards and regulations
• Actively lead and be hands-on driving special projects such as acquisitions / dispositions, complex accounting and financial reporting issues or transactions

Global Close and Consolidations:
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly global close, consolidation and internal reporting exists, supported by a high-performing global consolidation system

Leadership and Strategic Partnership:
• Represent the Controllership organization cross-functionally to drive adherence with accounting and reporting requirements, high level of interaction and collaboration with other teams including Tax, Treasury, IR, FPA, Businesses, Operations, Sites, Human Resources, IT, Legal, etc.
• Provide active management and supervision to the Corporate Controllership teams with a focus on coaching and developing talent in the group
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and the Audit Committee, provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
