Full Job Description
Consolidated Financial Reporting & Close

  • Lead consolidated financial reporting for the company's global entities, serving as the primary accounting authority for corporate-level GL mapping, journal entries, and intercompany eliminations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting to mitigate risks and prevent errors or fraud.
  • Own of month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities including the preparation of the management report and accompanying schedules.
  • Actively participate in monthly business reviews as a key contributor to performance commentary and variance analysis.
  • Manage consolidation journal entries and reconciliations for month-end closing.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, and provide insights to support decision-making by senior management.
  • For overseas entities, review and understand the differences between statutory financials and financials reported to corporate, coordinate with corporate tax to ensure these differences are properly accounted for in the tax provision/filings.
  • Systems, Consolidations & Process Improvement
    • Own the consolidated chart of accounts and account mapping methodology; lead the design and workflow configuration of the OneStream consolidation platform to ensure alignment across regional ERP systems.
    • Drive continuous improvement in close processes and financial systems to support the company's growth and reporting requirements.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline the consolidation and reporting processes, implement automated solutions and improve efficiency and accuracy.

    Treasury, Debt Compliance & Planning
    • Oversee all debt compliance deliverables including monthly, quarterly, and annual informational covenant reporting to lenders.
    • Support Treasury operations including daily cash monitoring, credit facility management, and coordination of debt continuation notices to ensure ongoing lender compliance; support annual renewals for corporate liability insurance policies.
    • Partner with the Director of FP&A to support the full planning cycle, including 3-month rolling forecasts, 13-week and full-year cash forecasts, and strategic plans.

    Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing day-to-day guidance, workpaper review, technical training, and performance feedback to build a high-performing finance function.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across the global finance organization.

    Audit, Tax & Compliance
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for external audit of the consolidated U.S. GAAP financial statements; coordinate statutory audit filings across all relevant international jurisdictions.
    • Support the Global CFO in executing strategic tax initiatives including transfer pricing structures and intercompany loan reorganizations across multinational entities.
    • Partner with Big 4 advisors on domestic and international tax compliance filings and the year-end tax provision.
