  • Support senior bankers with client marketing presentations, customer and industry research, document transactions, coordinate with product areas, and assist with pitching to existing and prospective clients
  • Assist Global Relationship Managers with due diligence related to prospective client deals.
  • Manage and monitor the execution of operational aspects of business origination as directed by GRM, such as analyzing portfolio profitability, performing all follow-through of any deal origination and execution process, preparing economic capital analysis and managing customer intensive processes
  • Prepare and update sector materials, including white papers on sector-specific developments and evolution
  • Develop knowledge (through internal and external training) of the bank, industry, credit and marketing activities
  • Liaise with various product areas on GCIB transactions to help develop more extensive knowledge of MUFG's product capabilities. Integrate developing product knowledge into draft presentations and transaction memos.
  • Promote sales and marketing activity to the target market.
  • Follow relationship development activities with clients and act as liaison with product areas to facilitate opportunities.
  • Manage loan/transaction closing process that include KYC, funding, and liquidity.
  • Manage the team's critical customer account planning projects in conjunction with our important product partners
  • Support the Bank's culture through ongoing customer contact, quality customer service, and superior product knowledge.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including business writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Solid experience in leveraging MS Office products, primarily MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
