About The Role:Arclin is seeking a
Corporate Automation Engineer to join our growing Automation Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced automation professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading automation initiatives, and helping modernize manufacturing operations through advanced controls, data connectivity, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Reporting to the
Director of Automation Engineering, you will play a key role in supporting and advancing automation systems across multiple manufacturing facilities while helping drive digital transformation initiatives that improve reliability, efficiency, and performance.
As our Corporate Automation Engineer, you will:-
Lead automation and process control projects from design through commissioning, validation, and startup support.

Develop and optimize control strategies that improve process performance, equipment reliability, efficiency, compliance, and consistency across manufacturing operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues by performing root cause analysis on instrumentation, PLCs, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems.

Champion Industry 4.0 initiatives including connected equipment, IIoT data collection, real-time monitoring, and digital manufacturing solutions.

Build data-driven manufacturing insights through automation data pipelines, historians, dashboards, analytics tools, and process visualization platforms.

Collaborate across engineering, operations, IT, and vendor teams to implement secure OT/IT integration, industrial networking, and scalable automation solutions.
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience with industrial automation systems, instrumentation, process controls, DCS, PLC/HMI, and SCADA platforms
- Hands-on knowledge of automation technologies such as Allen-Bradley, Emerson DeltaV, Honeywell, GE iFix, historians, MES, dashboards, and analytics tools
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IIoT, smart sensors, edge computing, industrial networking, OT/IT integration, and cybersecurity best practices
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to improve process reliability, reduce variability, and support continuous improvement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and operational teams
- Ability to support manufacturing operations, including occasional after-hours support as needed
