2027 Corporate Analyst Program

The Fiserv Corporate Analyst Program is a two-year early career development experience designed to accelerate growth in the fintech industry. Through two structured assignments within a designated business track, analysts gain hands-on experience, build professional skills, and collaborate across teams to solve real business challenges. As a performance-driven company, Fiserv is committed to developing emerging talent and creating opportunities for those who demonstrate initiative, growth, and impact. The program includes formal training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership, all of which support long-term career development within the organization.

What does a successful Business Analyst do?

Our knowledge base is the foundation for our AI-powered tools, serving as the central source of information across service teams. As part of the Knowledge Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and easy to use for both clients and associates.

In this role, you will analyze how knowledge is used, identify barriers to self-service, and apply data-driven insights to improve content quality and effectiveness. You will also help drive adoption of knowledge and AI capabilities by partnering with cross-functional teams and educating associates on how to leverage these tools effectively.

If you enjoy working at the intersection of data, content, and user experience-and want to help shape how AI delivers value across an organization, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What you will do:

  • Manage and curate the knowledge base as part of a cross-functional Knowledge Management team, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and aligned to user needs.
  • Analyze content performance and identify opportunities to improve usability and self-service.
  • Support adoption of AI tools across service teams.
  • Share insights and updates with stakeholders through reporting and communication.
  • Coach associates on knowledge best practices and provide quality feedback on content.
  • Contribute feedback to improve internal tools and systems.

What you will need to have:

  • Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree completed in December 2024 or after in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Management

  • 3.0+ GPA

  • 0-2 years of professional work experience

What would be great to have:

  • Previous internship experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of staff and leaders.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Military-Affiliated candidates are encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, and Guard/Reservists).

Important info about this role:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

  • This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.

  • All offers of employment are contingent on standard background checks. Fiserv and certain of its affiliated companies are federal, state, and/or local government contractors. Should this position support a Federal Government contract, now or in the future, the successful candidate will be subject to a background check conducted by the U.S. Government to determine eligibility and suitability for federal contract employment for public trust or sensitive positions. Positions that support state and/or local contracts also may require additional background checks to determine eligibility and suitability.
