Job DescriptionThe Impact you will have in this role: The Global Business Operations (GBO) organization is responsible for all operations and asset services supporting the following DTCC businesses:The Depository Trust Company (DTC), National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC), Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) - Government Securities Division (GSD) & Mortgage-Backed Securities Division (MBSD), Wealth Management Services (WMS), Insurance & Retirement Services (I&RS), Solutions Operations - Global Market Entity Identifier (GMEI), and Global Service Bureau (GSB). GBO's mission is to provide the Securities Industry with superior operations processing and client services support in an environment that minimizes risk and cost while maximizing efficiency. Corporate Actions Testing is responsible for testing system enhancements as well as new applications on behalf of the end user to validate that the expected results have been met prior to production deployment. Testing takes place in a non-production region to closely simulate the production environment. Key Functions and Responsibilities: partner with Product Management, Operations and IT, and are part of squads across multiple projects, perform automation as needed with the available testing tools, and signoff on new functionality, changes, or fault fixes before production deployment, and evidence of test plans, test cases and post-test reports.
Your Primary Responsibilities:- Performs oversight of day-to-day UAT activities, including preparation and execution of test cases, exception resolution, delivering to project deadlines, adherence to controls and risk management activities.
- Makes well-informed, effective, and timely decisions, using available data, perceives the impact and implications of decisions. Holds self and others accountable for measurable high-quality, timely results.
- Understands, applies principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to specialized business functions. Support and drives continuous improvement.

- Uses subject matter expertise to review and enhance the control environment, and identify and implement process improvements.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution, process improvements, and risk reduction. Takes a lead role on department projects and initiatives.
- Implements short and medium term strategy and ensures execution of divisional goals at a department level.
- Oversees development of training plans and delivery to meet staff development targets.
- Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
