The Corporate Account Analyst provides operational support to hospital pharmacy operations and serves as the primary client support contact for assigned Directors of Pharmacy. The role monitors pharmacy performance, supports service plan integration, analyzes data, prepares reports, and coordinates resources to support operational success.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:- Monitor hospital pharmacy operations and performance reporting
- Act as a resource for Directors of Pharmacy regarding CPS service plans
- Support user training and adoption of CPS systems
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports
- Develop presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents
- Support implementation activities for new and existing contracts
- Recommend process and service improvements
- Maintain solid customer relationships and confidentiality

Required Qualifications:- 3+ years of healthcare industry experience
- Experience working with hospital pharmacy services
- Experience creating operational reports and dashboards
- Pharmacy operations experience
- Account management or client-facing experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with GPOs or wholesalers
- Analytics and reporting software experience

The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
