ResponsibilitiesJob Summary: As a Corporate Project Manager III, you'll provide project management support and critical engagement with key stakeholders on initiatives that advance our business lines. You'll manage one or more projects and oversee progress, ensuring delivery of timely, success project progression and delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Project Management:
- Manages multiple concurrent projects
- Leads defined projects (post-scope development) following project management lifecycle; works independently with moderate oversight
- Supports definition of project scope, schedule, deliverables, and outcomes
- Develops work estimations
- Ensures initial and lifecycle-long project documentation
- Determines appropriate project deliverables (e.g., plans for communication, risk mitigation, resources, architecture, implementation, and quality)
- Monitors project status; communicates expectations and status to team and stakeholders in a timely manner
- Conducts risk analysis; maintains risk log; continuously monitors / communicates risks and issues quickly
- Ensures project budget, schedule, and performance objectives are met
- Supports the development of and advises on change management plans
- Executes contracts related to technology and professional services
- Analyzes / execute plans to successfully transition / conclude each project
- Leads / maintains sponsor and stakeholder partnerships to ensure project success
- Facilitates working sessions with stakeholders; provides post meeting summaries of key action items, decisions
