Position SummaryThe Executive Sales Representative leads territory strategy and drives sustained revenue growth and market expansion for interventional cardiology products by influencing adoption across complex health systems and key accounts. This role will focus on our coronary product portfolio in Jersey City, Hoboken, Hackensack, Morristown (including Bergen and Essex Counties) markets as well as some key accounts in Manhattan. This role serves as a trusted advisor to physicians, executive stakeholders, and key opinion leaders, building strategic relationships that shape clinical and business decisions. Leveraging advanced clinical, technical, and business acumen, the Executive Sales Representative leads high-impact initiatives, mentors peers, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer value, improve patient outcomes, and ensure full compliance with company policies.
Principal Responsibilities- Leads territory strategy and market expansion across GPOs and IDNs.
- Serves as clinical and business expert and support in complex interventional cases.
- Leads contracts, formulary access, and product launches.
- Builds executive/KOL relationships.
- Influences cross-functional strategy and mentors broadly.
Education / Experience Requirements- Bachelor's degree preferred or RT certification with extensive experience
- 5-8+ years of medical device sales experience with sustained, documented top-tier sales performance in cath lab/interventional settings.
Specialized Skills / Other RequirementsProven sustained performance exceeding quota with recognition.
Deep cath lab clinical, technical, and business acumen.
Ability to lead complex negotiations and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong leadership presence and mentoring impact.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $275-290,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Commissions will also vary depending on individual performance. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
